Orders above €50 EBTW are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs are €5 before EBTW.

Transport costs for deliveries in France are €15. For Luxembourg the delivery cost is €9.

Orders are shipped by the transport company, GLS.
Deliveries can be made in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France.

As soon as your order has been dispatched by us, you will receive a track & trace from our transport partner GLS.
This allows you to track your order.

Our carrier will offer your parcel up to 3 times if you are not present at delivery.
After the 3rd offering, the parcel will be returned to our central warehouse.

As soon as we receive it, you will be contacted by us to provide an alternative delivery address. No additional shipping costs will be charged.

Multiple items ordered or not all delivered?

The received shipment always includes our packing slip, which lists the goods that should already have been delivered.
