Legal context

The way in which personal details relating to this website are dealt with is subject to Belgian law: this is the Privacy Act of 8th December 1992, amended by the Act of 11th December 1998, transposing Directive 95/46/EC of 24th October 1995 issued by the European Parliament and the Council, regarding the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of that data. This privacy contract applies to all of the webpages at www.prosafco.be and for the registration of this site. However, it does not apply for the pages at third-party websites to which we may refer in the “related pages” sections and which may come under a different privacy statement.

 

Information about personal identificiation

We store the following information from your visit to our website for a specific period of time:

•  your domain
•  your IP address
•  the type of browser that you use
•  your e-mail address (if you have disclosed this to us)

This information is used to improve our website, as well as to obtain statistical data and, in the event of unlawful practices, to be used as primary evidence. This data is analysed on an aggregated and anonymous basis. After a period of 2 months, the data gathered will be deleted and all that will remain are the general reports relating to the number of visitors, etc.

We do not use cookies at this site.

Prosafco has taken security measures that are responsible for protecting against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information received at our website. We do everything we can to guarantee the protection and security of your personal data.

However, there can never be 100% security on the Internet when it comes to protecting data. We protect your data using every possible resource at our disposal, although even then we cannot 100% guarantee the security of the information that you provide us with.

Use of information

This information will not be passed on to any other organisation or association. We also have no specific relationships or collaborative bonds with online advertising agencies.

Technology is constantly evolving. In the future, our organisation may find itself required to carry out certain changes that are not provided for in this statement. If this should be the case, we will contact you before using your data so that you are aware of any changes and you will also have the opportunity to object to us using your details.

Access, amendment or deletion of personal data
