Ordered something but would still like to return it?
Not satisfied with your purchase?

Here are some ground rules:

Send the goods you wish to return within 14 days of receipt to the address below:

Download your return document here.

Pack your order in a box or in the original packaging.
Do not forget your completed return document.
Return it to the post office.

These costs are at your own expense.

Items bought online can be returned within 14 days.
They must not have been worn, washed or retouched.

Please include the original garment label and original packaging.

• Returns are sent back at the buyer's expense.
• If inspection shows that the article has a defect or damage that is not the result of normal use, the cost of return will be refunded.
• In case of abuse, Prosafco NV reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.

Will not be taken back:

• Items that fall outside the size range and were specially ordered for you.
• Articles printed or embroidered with your logo/text.
• Items damaged or soiled by the buyer, as well as worn clothing.
• Items whose original packaging is missing, incomplete items or the shipment is incomplete.

 
Items returned in this state will remain at Prosafco NV's disposal and will be returned to the purchaser.
