Prosafco sees Corporate Social Responsibility (= CSR) as a major part of sustainable growth. The “Triple P” is therefore the core of sustainable business: People, Planet and Profit. People is about the people around us, Planet is environmentally oriented and Profit concerns the economic aspect. Finding the right balance between these 3 key points, that is our CSR!
Our values therefore go hand in hand with Corporate Social Responsibility. Taking responsibility for the effects we cause when making decisions about certain activities and respecting the earth. We can achieve our set goals through teamwork and enthusiasm. If we want to grow further as a company, people have to grow too. Unique talents reside in every person. We continuously strive for improvement, transparency and responsible behavior.
The 17 development goals below were set by the United Nations in 2015 in order to rule out the greatest societal challenges. With these goals, the UN recognizes that combating poverty and inequality must go hand in hand with strategies that ensure economic growth and respond to important societal needs. The aim is to achieve these goals by 2030.
At Prosafco there is a full team full of enthusiasts committed to CSR. The name PO2 stems from O2 = Oxygen and P = Prosafco. CSR is therefore part of our core business. It's not charity. We really want to consciously operate in a sustainable way and take responsibility for the effects that our company can have in the value chain. We strive for a positive impact and continuous improvement, which is why this is also integrated into our business strategy.
Sustainable entrepreneurship is in Prosafco's DNA. Through what we do every day, we indirectly contribute to the realization of SDG 3 good health and well-being.

Prosafco was selected for the West-Flemish Charter for Sustainable Entrepreneurship. A program by VOKA to which companies can sign up voluntarily. To get certified, they must propose actions around 10 sustainability themes that are evaluated every year by a committee of external experts.
Prosafco was awarded the international SDG pioneer certificate from the UN and UNITAR. This for completing at least one action in each of the 17 SDGs within 3 participations in the VOKA Charter for Sustainable Entrepreneurship.
ISO 9001 was developed around a core of quality management principles. These principles form a solid foundation, recognized by company management as a key to success. The standard is applicable in all organizations. The emphasis in this management system is on process management, monitoring, continuous improvement, realization of objectives and an active role of management.
